I’ve been married to my best friend for 10 years and I’m a mama to two sweet girls. I’m incredibly passionate about all things birth and parenting—experiences that require us to give everything we’ve got.

I’m a DONA International trained birth doula. I’m also pursuing a pediatric sleep and development certification so I can offer evidence-based education and personalized support for infant sleep that focuses on nurture, connection, and genuine rest for your entire family.
