• Talk about birth education and preferences. 

• Discuss what you want your birth to look like. 

• Create a birth plan handout to have on hand for any providers and partners. 

• Practice different positions and/or comfort measures to use in birth. 

• Create a postpartum plan to make your transition as smooth as possible
