I am an Idaho Native! With a deep love for this amazing state and all that it has to offer. I also love to travel and explore new places. I have been married to my best friend for almost 20 years and can say without a doubt that our love has only grown over the years. We have two very active boys, who love sports and the outdoors. They have been our greatest teachers in how to be parents. Motherhood has been my greatest adventure and I have poured my heart into raising strong, compassionate, capable young men. I love our community and sit on two Booster Boards and volunteer for other community organizations. I believe that youth are our future and want to see every child succeed.

I am the owner of Moonglow Doula and a Madriella certified birth Doula. For each of my own births we had an amazing birth team of six family members supporting us. Their knowledge, love, and support made each birth unforgettable. I strive to be that kind of support for you!

Women have been supporting and encouraging each other in birth for centuries, across all cultures. Giving birth is amazing, but being a part of the support system for another woman who is bringing life into the world has to be one of the greatest honors ever. There are not adequate words to describe my birth experience with Dali! My husband was so hesitant to hire a doula, insisted that he “could be my doula”, but his mind quickly changed after meeting Dali. When our little guy was born, he praised Dali for all that she had done for us, and insisted she will be apart of our birth team for all our babies to come. A 36 hour labor is no easy feat. While we spent a lot of time together, I am confident Dali would have recognized my needs and tailored her response to me no matter the timeline. Dali was undeniably responsive to me and my needs— her reaction time was impeccable. Anytime I made a single noise— a grunt, a moan, a sigh, a sneeze (no kidding), I’d blink and Dali was right there. Dali’s heart and soul brought a sense of peace to the delivery room, and I will forever be grateful. Her words of encouragement, her touch, her tone, and her presence are just a few of the things I will never overlook. She was such a wonderful part of my birth story and she will always be my doula! In fact, I often think of her and her support, and it makes me want to do it all over just to have her by my side again! I have no doubt that Dali will go above and beyond for you and your birth wishes.
