I am the owner of Meadow Mama Wellness and am a Registered Nurse, birth/postpartum doula, and lactation nurse. I specialize in supporting home and birth center births. I also welcome clients planning unmedicated hospital births and am happy to work alongside you and your midwife to provide continuous support.
At the heart of my philosophy is a simple belief: every family deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered as they welcome new life. I believe that birth is both sacred and spiritual and my hope is to guide you along your journey to a calm, confident, birth & supported postpartum.

I am originally from a small town in Central Texas but Idaho has been my home for more than 10 years. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and skiing with my family, going on walks with friends, reading contemporary fiction, and catching up on the latest Netflix documentaries.
Ashlyn Lynard is a Registered Nurse, birth and postpartum doula, lactation nurse, and the heart behind Meadow Mama Wellness. She specializes in home and birth center births and offers steady, compassionate support to families planning unmedicated hospital deliveries. Guided by the belief that birth is both sacred and empowering, Ashlyn blends clinical experience with a deeply nurturing presence to help families feel seen, heard, and confident. Originally from Central Texas and now a longtime Idaho local, she enjoys hiking and skiing with her family, walks with friends, good books, and documentary nights.
