• Light household support (light chores such as quick tidy-ups, simple meal prep, or grocery pickup)

• Caring for your baby so you can rest, shower, or take a break

• Education on newborn care

• Interactive sibling support (outdoor play, activities, etc.)

• Referrals to additional support as needed (IBCLC, chiropractic, etc.)
