Prenatal planning:

• Three Prenatal Appointments (1-2 hours)

• Discuss your options during labor and birth

• Postpartum preparation and planning

Together we will:​​

• Talk about birth education and preferences. 

• Discuss what you want your birth to look like. 

• Create a birth plan handout to have on hand for any providers and partners. 

• Practice different positions and/or comfort measures to use in birth. 

• Create a postpartum plan to help your transition to parenthood easier for you.

• Electronic information packet for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

Postpartum:

​​

• One postpartum visit to check in on your recovery, process your birth experience, provide breastfeeding support, answer questions, and connect you with additional resources, as needed

• I'll also offer practical support such as light housework or chores to help your family settle into life with a new baby
