Prenatal planning:

• Visit One: Preparing for Birth, discuss childbirth education, explore your options, and consider birth preferences that reflect your goals and values.

• Visit Two: Labor support skills, practice comfort measures, labor positions, partner support techniques, and become familiar with tools and strategies that can help you navigate labor more comfortably.

​

• Visit Three: Preparing for postpartum, build a postpartum plan, discuss newborn feeding and recovery, address concerns, and answer any remaining questions as you approach birth.​

If my schedule allows, families who choose this package may later add in-person birth support.
