Prenatal Planning

​

Your birth journey begins with TWO comprehensive prenatal meetings, carefully designed to build your confidence, empower your choices, and ensure you feel fully prepared for labor and postpartum.

What to expect during these meetings:​

• Discuss your upcoming birth preferences and everything you hope will be a part of that day 

•  Work through any worries, fears, or concerns about your birth experience

• Preparation of your birth plan 

• Practice comfort measures, breathing techniques, and different labor and birth positions 

• Discuss your postpartum period to ensure you have a good plan to make it a positive postpartum experience

  • Discuss mental health during postpartum​

• Discuss infant feeding (breast or bottle feeding), infant sleep, diapering, and other infant care topics.

• Provide any resources for pelvic floor therapy, lactation consulting, chiropractic care, etc that you might need

Birthing Day Support

​

As soon as your contractions begin, call me—whether you’re planning to birth at home or in a birth center, I arrive when you are ready for extra support.

From the moment I arrive, my focus is on creating a calm, grounded atmosphere where you feel supported, seen, and completely cared for.

​

I offer in-person emotional and physical support, including:

​

• Comfort measures like counter pressure, massage, and gentle touch

• Encouragement, affirmations, and emotional reassurance

• Guidance with positioning and movement to support progress and comfort

• Partner support and coaching to help them feel confident and connected

• A customized Spotify birth playlist to help set the tone for your space

• And so much more—because every birth and every moment is unique.

Recognizing that birth can be unpredictable, I provide continuous, unrestricted support throughout your entire labor and beyond, with no time limits or additional fees. I’ll remain by your side through every stage, staying up to two hours post-birth to assist with the first latch, if breastfeeding, preparing a meal, and making sure you have everything you need for a peaceful, beautiful start to postpartum.

Basic Birth Photography

I will photograph your birth, as much as desired. You will receive up to 25 edited images, delivered to a secure, password protected, online gallery within 4 weeks of your birth.

 Postpartum Visit

​

Your postpartum journey is just as important as birth. The postpartum visit is a time dedicated to supporting you as you settle into life with your new baby. Our visit also offers a safe, supportive space for you to process and celebrate your birth experience, whether it unfolded as planned or presented unexpected challenges.

During this visit we will:​​​

• Reflect on your baby’s birth—We’ll address any questions or feelings you may have and provide support tailored to your experience, helping you feel heard and supported as you process this transformative moment.

• Provide assistance with newborn feeding, sleep, and any other new parent questions.

• Discuss any references for providers that you might need for you or baby.
