Prenatal Planning

​

These sessions nurture your confidence and readiness - preparing your mind, body, and heart for birth and the beautiful transition into motherhood.

 

Your journey begins with two private prenatal visits, thoughtfully designed to:

​

• Explore your birth preferences and hopes

• Discuss any fears, worries, or unknowns

• Prepare your customized birth plan

• Practice breathwork, comfort measures, and labor positions

• Prepare for a peaceful and supported postpartum period

• Discuss infant feeding plans and newborn basics

• Identify and refer to local resources (chiropractic, pelvic floor, lactation, etc.)

• With the Juniper Signature package, you also receive (1) Baby Prep Visit! During this time, I will come to your home to help you with any outstanding preparation tasks on your list. This could include freezer meal prep, nursery set-up, packing the hospital bag, preparing sitz baths and more! Think of it as your own personal nesting party. (1-2 hours). ***If activity includes additional costs such as meals or sitz bath, client will be responsible for providing supplies

Breastmilk Keepsake

As a Juniper Signature client, you will receive a free breastmilk keepsake as a special gift to honor your journey.

Birthing Day Support

​

When your labor begins, whether slowly and softly or with powerful clarity, you let me know, and I come to you. I arrive ready to hold space, support your rhythm, and walk beside you through each wave as your baby makes their way earthside.

I remain with you continuously through labor, birth, and the first hours of postpartum, offering:

• In-person emotional + physical support

• Counter-pressure, massage, and comfort techniques

• Movement + position guidance

• Birth environment setup and support

• Partner support and guidance

• Help initiating breastfeeding

• Birth photos (taken with your device or mine)

 Postpartum Visit

​

Your postpartum season is a delicate time of healing, learning, and settling into life with your baby. I will be by your side to process, reflect, be a listening ear, or celebrate with you.

​

Within the first 1–2 weeks after birth, we meet to:​​​​

• Reflect on your birth experience

• Offer emotional and physical support

• Assist with newborn feeding and care questions

• Provide postpartum resources and guidance

• ​With this package, you also receive one additional postpartum visit, my focus is to care for you and your family - however that may look! I am available to help with light household chores, dishes, tidying up, holding baby while you shower or rest, or even pick up groceries - this is your time to recharge, so tell me how I can support you best! (1 Hour)
