• A ​One-on-One Birth Planning Session: (ONE) 2-hour in-person or Zoom meeting to walk through your birth preferences, discuss any questions from the childbirth education workbook, and provide personalized guidance for labor, birth, and postpartum.

• Customized, Printed & Laminated Birth Plan: After your session, you’ll receive a beautifully designed, easy-to-reference birth plan tailored to your unique preferences— printed and laminated to bring with you to your birth.​​
