Prenatal Planning

THREE prenatal meetings prior to your birth​

​​

These 1–2 hour sessions are designed to help you feel confident and prepared for your birth.

​

Together, we'll:

• Explore birth education and preferences

• Discuss what you envision for your birth experience

• Create a birth plan/preference sheet that aligns with your wishes (if desired)

• Practice positions and comfort measures for pain management

• Develop a postpartum plan to help you transition smoothly into life with your new baby​

I’m always available to answer any questions along the way and will help you feel confident and ready for your birth.

Labor and Delivery

If you’re in labor or think you’re in labor, call me!​

​

Starting at 37 weeks, I am on-call 24/7 for text or call support. Whether you need reassurance, guidance, or in-person support, I’ll be there when you’re ready. I'll stay with you in person as long as you need, offering continuous emotional and physical support. After delivery, I’ll stay with you for 1-2 hours to help with the early postpartum moments and ensure you're comfortable. A check-in text 24 hours after birth will also be sent to see how you're doing and if you need anything.

 Birth Photography

​

I will photograph your birth, as much as desired. You will receive up to 50 edited images, delivered to a secure, password protected, online gallery within 4 weeks of your birth.

 

 Postpartum Visit

​

I offer ONE postpartum visit to check in on your physical and emotional recovery. We'll talk about how you're feeling, how your birth experience went, how breastfeeding is going (if you’re nursing), and if you need any additional resources or referrals.
