First and foremost, I am a firefighter wife and a mom to four amazing little ones. A Nashville girl at heart, I’ve found my forever home in Boise, Idaho.

I am a DONA certified birth doula, a VBAC Certified Doula, a Lamaze-trained childbirth educator, and a TBIB-trained birth photographer—each role reflecting my deep commitment to guiding families through such an important time. For years, I served families as a birth doula and birth photographer—walking closely alongside women in some of the most powerful and transformative moments of their lives.

With a heart shaped by all the families I’ve served, I’ve stepped into a new season—one that allows me to be more present with my own babies while continuing to support families in a different way. I am no longer taking individual doula or photography clients, but I now lead the Thrive team from behind the scenes—ensuring every client experience reflects the same level of care, intuition, and support I’m known for. I’ll still step in for very special situations when it aligns, but for now, you’ll see me building, leading, and supporting something really special over here—a team I deeply trust.
